1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. The following estimates apply to most orders:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or courier logistics.
3. Free Shipping Offer
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with a total value of Rs. 3,000 or more. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress via our courier partner's website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery services across Pakistan.

6. Damages
The Grow Men is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at thegrowmen@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product for assistance.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
